I am grateful that of all days, it was last week when someone told me to flip my book for the surah I’ve been searching. ”Adik, it’s there, I’m sure it’s there!” I have been searching for it but to no avail and her words kept ringing in my mind. I googled for it today, tried out all the means possible, and guess what, honey; it’s there in the book, all the while! I didn’t meet the person again today, but I thank her for giving me that quick smack to go do something about it. I believe she’s God-sent.
I’ve been quite active with blogging of late, perhaps because of this new theme I’m using. I love this font too and I love those sidebars with lowercase; it made everything look simple and less formal, tak macam Tahoma. It seems to work for invoices and contracts aje, for me. Tahoma is the name of a font lah kan, by the way. I need to keep this momentum going because blogging keeps the mind working and I get inspired easily to find anything that’s blogworthy.
I had a long walk two days ago with Zeester just because I feel like eating at Sultan Kebab at Peace Centre and we walked all the way to Dhoby Ghaut and back to City Hall. We passed by Singapore Arts Museum and of course, naturally there was this moment of ‘Babe, do you miss this place?’ I took picture with the SAM logo because I said this will be for keeps, but my Sony Ericsson refused to cooperate with uploading. I love it, still, no complains, cuma dia buat hal aje. For everything I am about to complain or whine about, I’d divert it to good things. Positive vibes, good thoughts!
Sami Yusuf’s Supplication is totally calming. I’m having it on repeat mode and I’d like to watch Kite Runner again and again because the particular scene which has this song at the background suits everything perfectly. You Tube that or search for it in Imeem. That’s my mood shifter for today. I love it because the lyrics keeps me sane.
